Ziganda: “We’d like to represent our crowd the best way we can”
“Anyone can see how exciting this clash is for our people, and we can feel it. They’re always looking forward to it,” stated the boss
With just a three-day rest period, the Oscenses take on Real Zaragoza, a special encounter “for which they don’t need any extra motivation,” said Ziganda ahead of matchday 20. “Anyone can feel the significance of this match, the rivalry in these cases is healthy and beautiful. Anyone can see how exciting this clash is for our people, and we can feel it. They’re always looking forward to it,”he explained.
When asked about his expectations of the game, he declared that “these encounters are different, since we can feel the tension, nerves and details that can make the difference.” He envisages an “even clash, with a great atmosphere at La Romareda.” About the rival, ‘Cuco’ told us that they’re “an organised, well-structured side. They may be struggling to go forwards and find the killer move, but that happens to all of us, as this is a fiercely fought competition.”
The boss is aware that this kind of matches are special for the fans. “It’s important to grasp what this means for our supporters and our people. We represent Huesca, a proud side that has considerably grown lately. Our fans want to go to La Romareda and see our side stand up and do what is right – competing and dominating proceedings. And therefore, we must represent our crowd the best way we can.” And he added: “People tell you about it on the streets, and you can feel the thrills – it’s an electric atmosphere.”
Therefore, he concluded that “the team has to make the most of their qualities and their evolution, which is a positive one. We’ve got a great opportunity in front of us to produce a performance and take the three points to Huesca.”
