New away kit 23/24: This symbol is more ours than ever

Saint George’s Cross is the main feature of our new away kit once again, this time thanks to the Aragonese brand Soka

When a symbol is this powerful it does not need to be explained. Or embellished. This is what happens with the Cross of Saint George, which turns our away jersey into an armour. This is definitely one of our most representative designs, and will be during the upcoming campaign, too, together with the Aragonese brand Soka, which makes it even more special. The spirit of the patron saint of Aragon, winner of the Battle of El Alcoraz, gives a full epic meaning to this kit, which shines this time thanks to its golden badge and the logo of our technical sponsor.

The incredible richness of natural and cultural wealth in the province of Huesca has turned into the common axis for this kit, setting a point in the map of the Alto Aragon where all these local charms and values blend: El Alcoraz. There is a huge red cross on the stadium – symbol of the adventure spirit, endurance and resiliency, which make the character of the people in Huesca and everybody in this club.

Saint George’s red cross clearly dominates the picture in the shirt: it is located in the centre of the design, just as it did in the patron saint’s armour. In this case, different shades are intertwined on the bright colour, emulating the dragon’s skin. The jersey has round neck trimmed in red too, and the back of the neck keeps one more special detail: the flag of the province of Huesca.

This shirt is now available in physical stores (Coso Bajo, 13-15) as well as online.
