Joaquín Muñoz will play for the Oscenses for a further three years, extending his contract until June 2025. This way, the club guarantees one of our most important assets, both in the present and in the future. Having joined from Atlético Madrid in the summer of 2019, the 23-year-old winger has already racked up 32 appearances in an SD Huesca shirt (Primera División, Segunda División and Copa del Rey). During this time, he experienced good moments on loan at CD Mirandés and Málaga CF, before coming back to El Alcoraz at the beginning of this season.
Among us, Joaquín has become one of the ten Azulgranas who have made the most appearances this season, having already scored four goals. He is a very good finisher, a winger who poses a real threat in the 1v1 and who can unlock defences, either by assisting or by finishing off himself. Besides, he is an asset for the future of a squad where his performances have been outstanding so far. El Alcoraz crowd will be able to enjoy seeing him play for some more years.
