The Oscenses suffered a 0-0 El Alcoraz draw to drop our first home points this month, in an uncomfortable clash. Two efficient sides in previous games split chances and ball possession, but couldn't change the initial scoreline, which remained at 0-0.

Cuco Ziganda made five changes in his starting XI to rotate in this busy week. Cuco's men took a while to feel comfortable on the pitch against a Racing side that felt confident thanks to their good run so far. The visitors had their opportunities before Huesca managed to combine and create danger in front of Parera, especially by means of Juan Carlos. Our no.22 first tried to catch the ball after a keeper's error and after 19 minutes he was close to connect a cross from Ratiu from the byline. Another clear chance was a shot from distance by Tomeo that hit the defence. Andrés Fernández wasn't barely called into action in the first 45.

Eight minutes from the interval came the most dangerous one for the hosts: Tomeo won the ball back and Juan Carlos assisted Marc Mateu on the left wing, but finally it went wide. Ziganda tried to relight the fire by introducing Carrillo and Gerard. Some minutes later, both were able to create danger. A good individual play by Gerard down the wing ended in a throw-in. It was taken very quickly so Carillo could finish off from the 6-yard box. However, the defence repelled the danger. Sielva, Juan Villar – who made his debut – and Cristian Salvador were the last changes for the home side. Although the score could have gone either way, the teams had to share out the spoils.
