As excited as the first day. That is the way the players of SD Huesca Genuine went back to the pitch in San Jorge last Tuesday. The Azulgranas boys and girls in the team put their boots on once again after Summer, relaunching a season in which they are going back to normal little by little after COVID-19 pandemic, when the team was forced to stop practicing for nine months.
SD Huesca Genuine will have five new players this season, joining the working dynamic of the team, which will be extended up to two sessions per week: 4 p.m. Tuesdays in San Jorge and Thursdays in Pirámide.
The training routine can only be a positive exercise for the players - not only because of the physical exercise but also because of the values sports entail and the team membership it involves. Besides, the encounters LaLiga organises serve as an incentive. The first one will take place in November in Tarragona.
Actually, this first gathering will represent the ending of the season 20/21, when the pandemic prevented the different teams from being together beyond the screen. Thus, for such event in Catalonia, in which all the attendees will all be vaccinated, health measures will be intensified. In Tarragona there will also be the six new teams in LaLigaGenuine, who will make a guest appearance.
These meetings are the prelude to the first game of the season 21/22, with the 42 teams in such competition, willing more than even to share the pitch and the excitement with the rest of the teammates of the whole country again.
