Nihon Shalf, new international partner of the club

In order to support grassroots football, SD Huesca add this Japanese software company for the next three years

SD Huesca join forces with Nihon Shalf as a new international partner with the ultimate goal of supporting the club’s grassroots football. This software company will collaborate with SD Huesca for the next three years, in what it is the second sponsorship agreement with a Japanese firm for the Azulgranas, after the arrangement with Skylight back in January.

Nihon Shalf put their eyes on SD Huesca after the first stage of SDH Academy Japan in Huesca last March. It was that event what sparked the Japanese company’s interest, which will support the club through the youth teams from now on.

“By means of this partnership with SD Huesca, we expect to support the development of players and teams, as well as to be a bridge between Huesca and Japan, leading to a mutually prosperous and cooperative society,” stated Mr Hiroaki Takada, CEO of Nihon Shalf.

For SD Huesca, Mr Fernando Callizo, Chairman of the BoD, explained that “we are extremely proud of joining Nihon Shalf as a partner. It is remarkable how they have understood that SD Huesca’s youth team’s project goes beyond the training of young players, but it is also focused on the social and human component. Our aim is to educate people.” And he added: “What’s more, this agreement strengthens our presence in Japan and our efforts on internationalisation.”

Nihon Shalf is a software company located in Shizuoka Prefecture which provides computer systems and assistance for their customers in Japan. They have also worked on labour and social security related projects.

From the upcoming season, their logo will be placed on the front of the Azulgranas youth teams’ shirts, from Alevin A to SD Huesca B.
