El Alcoraz celebrate a third successive win

A first-half goal from Juan Carlos gave SD Huesca the victory (1-0) against CD Leganés

SD Huesca took one more step to become a strong team at El Alcoraz. Maximum effectiveness to make it 1-0 agains Leganés – a third succesive home win and one more clean sheet to boost the team's confidence and morale. Since this was a tight win, Ziganda's men had to fight until the end, in front of El Alcoraz crowd, who cheered and sang tirelessly.

As it happened in the previous game, SD Huesca found it hard to feel comfortable on the pitch. Leganés were combative and approached Andrés's goal. Cuco's side took the blow of the first 30 minutes, trying to combine with Kevin Carlos, the forward this afternoon, who connected several headers that went wide. In the late stages of the first 45, the Altoaragoneses grew into the game, managing to play in the opposition's half. It simply took five minutes from that turning point to the goal. Juan Carlos was very clever to put the hosts ahead following Kevin Carlos's header. It all came from a cross by Jérémy Blasco from the wing.

The Oscenses faced a whole new scene in the second 45. Ziganda then introduced Gerard Valentín, Kento and Kanté. Juan Carlos hit the crossbar with a header. Before that, Kento had been very close to find the net on the counter-attack, but the keeper pulled out a brilliant save. Leganés called Andrés into action, but their goal was ruled out for a foul by Parzyszek. El Alcoraz felt like a party, getting well behind the side and living the ecstasy of the win.
