The Azulgranas will fight for a fourth consecutive home victory at El Alcoraz next Saturday. "These will be a very important three points to get confident and make our fans enjoy with the team. The upcoming game is always the most important but this time it would mean a boost of confidence and joy," stated Cuco Ziganda ahead of the clash against CD Lugo.

The boss is clear that this way they'd start "playing our style at home and become confident and show our personality," and he added: "El Alcoraz is our stadium, we know what we have to do."

Regarding the rival, he explained "they haven't been regular, but they've pulled out good performances in some of their matches. The new manager is trying to make the most of his squad and proposing new things, matching all his pieces. I'm sure they can compete, so we fully respect them – it won't be easy."

He is determined to get the best out of his men: "I like it when they're committed, together and humble enough to understand what they have to do in any situation. There's always room to improve – we're on the right path, though."

In a week with three fixtures, Cuco is happy about the form and commitment of his players. "We work to have the best squad, we have CD Lugo in mind, we want to be the best version of ourselves and hopefully we'll seal a fourth home triumph," he concluded.
