The recent momentum of SD Huesca in the eSports world could not have started better. Chousita, a player of FIFA 22 football simulator who competes for eMonkeyz SD Huesca, has won the Europe Cup of the first FIFA Global Series 22 Europe West Qualifier. It is a historic milestone for the electronic sports world in our country, as he has become the first Spaniard to win a FIFA Ultimate Team international tournament. Chousita as well as Angelito, the players taking part in FIFA’s eMonkeyz SD Huesca, faced the best 315 European competitors and clubs last weekend. Following a play-off system against great rivals of the continent, Angelito fell at the last hurdle, whereas Chousita booked his place in the last 16.
On Sunday, Chousita progressed from the first qualifying round to the last one and he found himself in the final against the LDN United player. In a match followed live by more than 3,000 people on his Twitch channel, Chousita crowned champion with comeback win.
