Ziganda: We all want to do our duty as soon as possible

We know it will be a tough game where we’ll have to give our all, said the boss ahead of his side’s clash against CD Leganes

Ziganda envisages the weekend following the same script as last week. “The encounter tomorrow will be very tight, as there’s a lot at stake for every side. The team who pick up the points will be strong and have the right mentality,” stated the boss during his pre-match press conference this Friday. “They know this is their game, as they are in need of points. I’d highlight the quantity and quality of their squad, as they’ve got top-quality players,” he commented on the rival. “Given the quality of their players, we could have expected a team fighting for other objectives, but this is football and this category is always very even.”

“We all want to do our duty as soon as possible, we’d like to win and we need to be ready for absolutely anything, this is a vital game for them, too.” And that is why the manager knows what awaits the Azulgranas at Butarque: “We know it will be a tough game where we’ll have to give our all, and also considering that there are fewer and fewer matches to go. In terms of attitude and mentality, we wouldn’t want to feel that we’re playing away from home,” he concluded.
