Sociedad Deportiva Huesca could not win in its visit to CF Igualada (2-0), in the match postponed by the temporary Filomena corresponding to the 11th day of Group 3 of the Primera Nacional. In a hard match, the Catalans took the victory with a goal in each half, driven by their dominance at key moments of the match. With no time to think more about this clash in an intense week, Huesca will prepare from this Thursday the important match on Sunday at home against Girona FC.
With Óscar Aso in command, second coach of Huesca, the match began without a clear dominator. A slight initial improvement of the premises led them to go ahead in the 21st minute through Ramos. It was in a play by band that ended with a shot from the right side. The forces were still equal and Huesca began to hoard the ball and move it patiently in search of a loophole to sign the tie, but the truth is that there were hardly any notable occasions until the break, neither from the opponents.
The second half kept the script. The 2-0 penalty came after minute 56. It was a cross to the far post and subsequent shot, which after Nuria Rodríguez's intervention in goal ended with the ball in the net for a unfortunate refuse. The Igualada closed ranks in search of conserving that advantage, and it obtained it in spite of the Huesca's attacks. Julia Sanz had the clearest with a direct free kick to the post 10 minutes from the end.
