Jérémy Blasco (Bayonne, 1999) will wear the SD Huesca colours for one more season, until June 2025. The club and the Frenchman have agreed to extend their bond in what will be Blasco’s third year at El Alcoraz. Two seasons with the possibility for extension were set in his original contract, depending on various objectives, but the attitude of both sides has made this extension possible at the middle of this campaign.
The French centre back arrived in Huesca in summer last year, joining his teammates in Benasque in July 2022. He signed from the second team of Real Sociedad, where he had had 40 appearances. Since then, he has experienced an exponential growth at the heart of the Azulgrana defence, where he has already played 47 encounters, 18 of them this season. Like this, he has become a regular in our team, helped by his evolution, which will continue next campaign.
