Japan repeats with SD Huesca

During three months, a group of seven young players will learn the methodology of the club

The successful combination between SD Huesca, Fundación Alcoraz and Wakatake Group that took place two months ago, has made the international sporting experience repeat itself, this time with a group of seven boys of Japanese origin, who will learn the methodology of the club's Academy for three months.

The main collaborator of the project, Wakatake Group, has been in charge of coordinating the arrival of these seven kids between 9 and 15 years old to SD Huesca, in order for them to join the club's youth soccer squads, adapting to their workout routines.

In the first international program carried out with Japan, there were 20 boys who were able to learn from the dynamics of the club for a week. On this occasion, six of them repeat and a new member has joined. In addition, the stay will be much longer and more intense, since they will be in Huesca for three months.

The project coordinator, Fernando Arnedillo, who is also in charge of the Huesca's Academy, points out that “the main objective is that the participants know our training methodology and that they are satisfied with the experience to be able to repeat this type of programs in order to expand the offer".

During their stay, the young footballers will have three trainers, Miguel Pérez, Diego Arellano and Gabi Piedrafita, who will make sure that the boys fulfill all their tasks and established schedules. In addition to sports activities, the program also includes time to carry out their homework and following a proper diet. They will also have tourist and recreational activities, all adapted to what the current health situation allows.

Juanjo Camacho, member of the Alcoraz Foundation and head of the project, adds: “We are very excited, it is a new stage of attracting players from abroad. We want it to be a continuous project, and we are working on it ”.
