SD Huesca found the breathing space they were looking for in their visit to Mirandes, managing to stay afloat and catch their breath on the sea that became Anduva's turf after hours of intense storming. In a match inevitably affected by this, it was the azulgranas – wearing the cross this time – who managed to come out on top, with two goals in two minutes sealing a victory they finally secured in the 89th with the third, closing a favorable encounter for Hidalgo's side.
The law of the fittest governed Anduva, as football's law succumbed to the intense rain that hadn't stopped since hours before kick-off. Stringing three passes with intent was difficult, and it required intensity to find your balance, seeking the opponent's mistake. SD Huesca seemed more willing to look towards the opposition's goal, yet without converting any chances. Only after 15 minutes, Gerard Valentin made his move, stealing the ball with a run that ended with a shot just wide of the post. Loureiro was closer to opening the scoring, with the clearest chance before halftime. The goalkeeper blocked his shot on the goal line, after Jeremy's initial header from a corner delivered by Oscar Sielva.
The rain intensified at the start of the second half, and Mirandés seemed to threaten the Azulgranas' field more clearly, although without troubling Alvaro. Hidalgo then made changes, refreshing the attack with Hugo Vallejo replacing Obeng. On his first touch, the striker found himself in front of the goalkeeper after a great through pass, but he shot over the crossbar when it seemed like the breakthrough was imminent. Minutes later, Javi Martinez attempted a long-range shot, also high, confirming the reaction in the best spell for the Oscenses. And finally, the reward of a goal came from a corner delivered by Vilarrasa, finding the net untouched. SD Huesca took the lead in the 66th, and after holding off the initial response from the opponents, they struck quickly again, just a minute later. Elady received with space and, although he initially looked for a horizontal pass, the ball came back to him after deflecting off a defender, only for him to tap it into the net. It was too valuable a prize for SD Huesca to let slip away, with just 20 minutes to go until the final whistle. The Oscenses then managed to control the game, aided by the rain, which intensified once again over Anduva. Nieto and Kento came on with ten minutes remaining, to secure the three points, although it was Oscar Sielva, with a perfectly placed free-kick in the 89th, who killed off any remaining suspense, to the delight of the Altoaragoneses who had traveled to Anduva.
