SD Huesca wish to express our satisfaction with the dismissal and closure of the case affecting the club within the framework of the so-called 'Oikos Operation'. This judicial decision reaffirms the stance maintained by the club since we became aware of the case's existence and demonstrates the good conduct of the Azulgrena entity and its exemplary integrity.
Following the ruling issued by the Court of Instruction number 5 of Huesca, the club wishes to reiterate the same message we have consistently upheld since the beginning of the case: our actions have at all times been in accordance with the law, the sports regulations, and the ethical codes of the entity. Despite the increased duration of the investigation and the lack of solid evidence, SD Huesca have remained committed to respecting and collaborating with Justice, confident that the investigation would confirm our integrity, honesty and compliance with the law. As it has eventually done.
However, satisfaction does not erase the evident damage that the investigation has caused to SD Huesca and our employees, both in terms of reputation and our ability and position to interact with other entities and Administrations.
