The visit of SD Huesca Femenino to CF Palleja finished with a new victory, which allowed them to finish the first round of the calendar in the middle of the table, occupying ninth position with 18 points. Carol's goal gave the new victory to Huesca, that arrived to the match after beating Girona seven days earlier.
The victory was forged in the second half, as SD Huesca was slow to find comfortable in the match. However, and although it was after the break when the coach adjusted lines and the team was more precise, Huesca had the clearest play of the first period, with few approaches from the local team. In fact, Mallada was able to overtake the Huesca team in minute eight, like Manogué, who tested the goalkeeper in minute 24.
It was after the restart that the biggest siege of the bottoms hit the goal and the game became more fluid. A Sanaú volley from outside the area drew a diagonal shot that the goalkeeper sent for a corner. And in that same corner kick came the only goal of the match, when Carol converted the first rejection into a powerful left-foot, impossible for the goalkeeper.
The clearest attempt to react by the local team was a foul taken by Nuria Rodríguez, and although in the last minutes Huesca turned in search of a draw, SD Huesca knew how to hold the result and score three important points.
